What is plastic wood?
Wood-plastic composites, now called wpc for short, are composites made from a combination of materials such as natural wood fibers, plastics and thermoplastics and a special type of flour.
Plywood wood is a very new type of this group of products that uses two parts of materials in its production. In the wood part, raw materials such as pulp fibers, peanut shell, bamboo, straw are used, and in the plastic part, polyethylene, PVC and polypropylene are used.
After mixing in extrusion machines, these materials form a solidified dough, which is the raw material of this type of composite. After forming this raw material and preparing the required profiles and sections, any kind of resin and composite materials are added to them,however in the last stage, these materials are formed and dried in molds.
